A nightmare

Someone sent me this link several years ago, as my Internet addiction was starting to take flight. Now, thanks to Facebook, Blogger, Google, Stuff, TradeMe, and a multitude of other sites and application, it's simply a nightmare to even contemplate it. Imagine the horror if this message was true:
